A Two Room Balcony Suite that overlooks our beautiful dinning room.   Sitting room has Large Sofa that will pull out into a full size sleeper and a comfortable arm chair, end tables etc. Bedroom has king size bed, mini fridge and satellite t.v.  The Loft has a shared bathroom.  Great room for Two Couples or A Couple and a Third Wheel!  The third and fourth person are an additional $25.oo Each.

Bunk Room (total of 4 bunks)

 Bunkroom has built in private locking bathroom with large step-in shower.

2010 Rates

Check In no earlier than 10am (when we open) & Check Out is Noon unless you are here on a Day Pass & then Check Out is 9pm.

Holiday weekends require a three night minimum stay. A non-refundable Cash or Credit Card Deposit equal to one night stay is required for all reservations including Tent, RV, Lodge and Day Pass reservations.

One time per Calendar Year (Jan 1 - Dec 31) annual Private Membership cost $10.00/renewal $15.00 new membership

Pets are welcome at the tent and RV sites as long as they are on a leash and controlled by their owner.  Owners must remove any waste their pet creates, excessive barking will Not Be Tolerated and Pets are never allowed on the Pool Deck.  ***Starting In 2010 Pets are allowed in the Stone Orchard Suite & The Rusty Horseshoe Suite in accordance with our Pet Policy.  There is a ZERO tolerance policy for Barking dogs.  We love dogs but can not have other guests bothered by Barking Dogs inside the Lodge.  Violators will be made to take their dogs home and NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.  Dogs will not be allowed in other parts / rooms in the Lodge.  The Stone Orchard Suite & The Rusty Horseshoe Suite both have Private Outside Entrances for your convenience when staying in either of those 2 Suites.

Day Passes cost $15.00 Friday - Sunday, $10.00 Monday - Thursday and are good from 10am until 9pm.....but you must be a Registered Member to Visit.  MEMBERSHIP OCCURS AT INITIAL CHECK IN** Day Passes require reservation on Holidays.

RV SITES $37.00/day up to two people $15.00/Additional person per day.  RV Sites include WATER & 50/30/20AMP ELECTRIC HOOKUP with A Dump Station Nearby.

TENT SITES $20.00/DAY  Friday - Sunday single occupancy $30.00/Double Occupancy $15.00 each additional person up to four.

Monday - Thursday single occupancy $10.00/DAY $20.00 Double Occupancy $10.00  each additional person up to four.

WE HAVE A LIMITED NUMBER OF TENT SITES WITH ELECTRIC & THEY COST $5 EXTRA PER NIGHT AND MUST BE REQUESTED AT TIME OF RESERVATION REQUEST.   DUE TO THE LIMITED NUMBER OF TENT SITES WITH ELECTRIC NOT ALL REQUESTS CAN BE GRANTED.

 

 

 

Bed & Breakfasts in Brown County Indiana are ALL OWNER/Agent  OCCUPIED in accordance with State of Indiana & BZA / Brown County Indiana Laws, rules and regulations.  In accordance with BZA/Brown County Indiana Laws, rules and regulations only Four (4) Bedrooms/Guest Rooms are available to be rented at 4 Seasons Lodge per night......Under State of Indiana Laws/Administration Code #16-4131 only Four (4) persons are permitted per room, therefore if your family or group has more than Four (4) persons you will be required to rent the appropriate number of guest rooms.
